Privacy notice
Last updated 16 October 2026. AskWell is run by Delancey Labs ("we"). This page explains what we collect on this website, during early access.
What we collect
- What you type in: your email address and, if you choose, your first name, age range, email provider and any feedback you send.
- How you used this site: which pages you visited, the ad or link that brought you here, and a random visitor ID stored in a cookie so we can count visits without counting you twice. We also note your browser type.
- Meta Pixel: if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, this site uses Meta's pixel to tell Meta that a visit or sign-up happened, so we can measure which ads work. Meta handles that data under its own policy. You can turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook settings.
We do not connect to your email account on this website, and we don't collect any email contents here.
How we use it
To let you know when your AskWell spot opens, to improve AskWell, and to understand which pages and ads are useful. We don't sell your information or share it with data brokers.
Where it's stored
On Cloudflare's infrastructure in the United States, with access limited to the Delancey Labs team.
Your choices
Email hello@delanceylabs.com and we'll delete everything we hold about you, or send you a copy. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
When AskWell launches
Before you connect an email account, we'll show you a full privacy notice covering exactly what AskWell reads, what it keeps (only short suggestions, never your emails), and how to disconnect and delete your data.
